In our Youngstar models, we use a specially reinforced plastic below the normal grip surface and especially at the grip end. This technology protects the sensitive and exposed grip and handlebar ends longer from damage.
Safety for the little ones is our top priority. To avoid falls by slipping off the grips, we have chosen a very soft rubber compound for the Youngstar grips, which offers a significantly higher grip and damping properties. This gives the little ones a firm grip on the handlebars in any situation. Due to the soft rubber compound, there is design-related to a faster wear than in comparable handles with a harder rubber compound, but which offer significantly less grip and damping.
In addition, there is the possibility to turn the handle by 180 degrees after wearing out the top side, so that the handle can be used a little further.
